The UCCASS PHP survey script allows for the creation of an unlimited number of surveys, questions, and answers. Surveys and results can be marked as public or private. Results are shown as bar graphs. The system includes the ability to hide or require questions based upon previous answers and can filter results based upon user answers to any multiple choice question.
